Emergency Preparedness & Crisis Management

Understanding the impact of Emergencies and how they affect your communities is critical in todays’ environment. Many Indigenous communities have increased exposure and limited resources in the response and preparedness to navigate in Emergencies such as:

• Weather, Environment, Supply Chain
• Fire & Flooding
• Pandemic and Medical Emergencies
• Crime & Cyber Crime
• Industrial Emergency Incidents

PQSI’s Management team will provide policy and structure to help mitigate the impacts of such emergencies. We will focus on selection of team members, defining roles, provide scenario training, establish policy and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient use of time and resources.

Our team will conduct site assessments utilizing specialized Industry experts to further support the identity, planning, and response to specific or emergencies.

PQSI will develop hazard mitigation and risk strategies to support your Emergency Crisis Management Plan, while providing important Training Scenarios for all Emergency & Crisis Management Team Members. 

PQSI will work with the Communities to identify and source important Emergency Support Equipment and Technologies.
